Payment of  $450.00 will be charged. Please remit payment via PayPal. The payment amount is as follows:

A copy of the National CPCA Qualifying exam, Psychological Test and Receipt will be sent to the above mailing address. The examination will include references to assist in the completion of the exam. You have ten days to complete this open book exam for qualification as an Intern and/or full member of the CPCA. This ten-day period does not include mailing time.

Once the CPCA examination and psychological test have been completed please mail the  Application Form and required documentation to the CPCA:
