Magdalen knows it is only through our life experiences that we understand anything. She uplifts others by leading them back to their own fountain of replenishment. A balanced good-feeling life requires that we return and drink from it often.

Through her work she inspires storytelling. Her skills awaken people to their own story and the possibilities of creating a better story. To create a better story, the most important voice to hear is our own so we can step fully into what calls us.

Her academic career is grounded in Creative Writing, Applied Communication, Women's Studies and Transpersonal Psychology. She is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association. She graduated from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (ITP) in 2001 with a Certificate in Women's Spiritual Development and returned for doctoral studies in 2007. She interns students in ITP's Transformational Coaching program and Royal Roads University's Executive Coaching program; she is an Associate Coach at the University of British Columbia. She completed her Master of Arts in Applied Communication from Royal Roads University in 2006 and she is a Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. She also specializes in Creativity Coaching.

She offers her clients a Program for Replenishment: psycho-spiritual counselling with a coach-approach for inner growth, creativity & intentional action; narrative therapy; grief counselling; communication consulting & training; career coaching; couples coaching; First Reader services for writers; practitioner coaching & copywriting for marketing collateral.
