All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
Stephen is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, a voluntary registrant with the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists, a Certified Traumatologist with the Traumatology Institute and a Certified Brainspotting therapist. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Education degrees as well as a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. Stephen has resided in Red Deer since 1992. He is married to Diane, an Elementary School Principal. They have three sons - Jesse, 21, Gabe, 13, and Freddie, 7. He has taught various courses from Kindergarten to College level (including psychology based courses) and coached soccer both recreationally and competitively from U4 to College level. Stephen is an empathetic non-judgemental therapist who works collaboratively with his clients to help them NAVIGATE through life. He utilizes various therapeutic modalities and interventions to find the best solution and believes the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of counselling.
