Counsellor Directory

This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

As a counsellor, I work with a variety of therapeutic approaches that include Family tems Theory, Gestalt, Psychodrama, Experiential, Attachment Theory, and Transpersonal Psychology. I also draw on my varied history in the healing and creative realms. I trained at Clearmind International, a program on the leading edge of tems and Transpersonal Psychology.
With a wide range of expertise from the scientific to the artistic, my specialty lies in finding the unique approach and/or combination of approaches that is just right for you.
Throughout all the approaches I use, I come from a holistic, temic and transpersonal perspective. I work creatively and collaboratively with individuals, couples and groups to promote healthy growth in relationships, and in the realms of mind, body and spirit.
I also very much believe that the way we grow is through experience. Approaching therapy in this way means that although we may discuss the past and the future, we do much of the therapeutic work in the here and now.
