As of 13 October , 2017 the revised and updated Code of Ethics for the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association came into effect. Reviewed, revised, and upated over the past 12 months, the National Board of Directors approved the new Code and gave direction for it to be published.

Many thanks and much gratitude to those members who gave of their time and expertise to ensure  the CPCA adopted a current and robust foundation in ethics to facilitate continued excellence in competence in clinical practice.
