"Professional development is a process of continuous professional growth, through active participation in course training, workshops, and conferences designed to enable counsellors and psychotherapists, to learn and grow professionally in order to enhance client contact and their counselling and/or psychotherapy practice."

CPCA Full Members are required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of professional development annually and submit documentation to renew their annual membership.
