Fees & Payment 

Payment is accepted by VISA or MasterCard over the phone; at the CPCA Head Office OR by cheque or money order mailed to the CPCA Head Office.

Duplicate transactions will be refunded however an admin fee ($25) will be deducted.   Payment confirmation is a dialogue box that may not load as a result of the firewall protection installed on the computer originating the transaction.

IMPORTANT FEE UPDATES:

PD Provider Approval fee is $150.00 + GST/HST

Lapsed Membership requires a Reactivation or Reinstatement Application with $150.00 + GST/HST

Upgrade in Designation is $50.00 GST/HST

Self-Evaluation of Education not available until April 2018
